The first level includes a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room with solid wood table and a living room with leather sofas, facing the fireplace. There is a plasma TV with a media library with many DVDs and a home theater.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine floor, there is the large master bedroom with Queen bed. An office area allows you to work and for your privacy, there is a private bathroom with a shower covered with cedar, toilet and sink.
