Is your organization trustworthy?
The Domaine Val Nature, our trade name, exists since 2007 and we are a company legally incorporated. In that regards, we have a license number in the register of companies and numbers of GST (federal sales tax) / QST (provincial sales tax) which are communicated on all our bills and contracts of location. We are also covered by a civil liability insurance for the legal amount required by the Department of Tourism.

Did your chalets receive a classification by the Ministry of Tourism?
All our cottages have received a certificate of conformity and a classification rating given by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec.

How to book a chalet?
By clicking on the button "Book online" at the top right corner, in the menu. You'll have access directly to the on-line reservation request. You can also fill out the form in the banner on top of the page and then click on the button "Book a chalet".

What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation is always possible but within specific time limits and with costs established according to the rental period (high, medium or low season) and the type of contract, this primarily during our special offers. The rental contract which you have handed over at the time of the reservation gives precisely, and case by case, the setting for this type of request.

Can I change my booking?

What benefits are included in the price?
Each chalet has its descriptive sheet that will allow you to take knowledge of the elements of the delivery. The access is done through the topic "Chalet" in the menu at the top of page. You will also find the precise description of what is included or excluded within the rental contract which will be handed to you at the time of booking.

Is the choice of my cottage is guaranteed?
Your choice becomes guaranteed at the moment of the booking. In the case of an emergency, such as an incident not allowing the rental of the chalet for reasons of safety or comfort, an alternative will be offered to you. If this proves impossible, we will proceed to a reimbursement of the deposits made at the time of booking.

Is the household done in the cottages?
For your comfort, the household is done from top to bottom before each start of rental period. It is your responsability, however, to make sure the cottage complies with the state of the venue as it was upon your arrival before you leave the site.

How do I access the Domaine-Val -Nature?
To access the domain Val Nature, go to the menu at the top of page under the section 'The domain/Where to find us". You'll get a share of the main map, the relevant informations to locate us, as well as a map to plan ahead the route to the Field Val Nature, from your location. Click here to find us.

At what time can we arrive? When should you we leave?
Arrivals are admitted from 15h and departures should be effective before 12h. These hours may vary depending on the rental period (high, medium or low season) or special offers that we regularly propose. The rental contract will likely mention it, and it will be at your disposal at the time of booking.

Should we bring our own bed linen / Towels / dishes / toilet paper?
No. All our chalets are fully equipped. The only remaining things you should bring are food and personal effects. Please note that a majority of our chalets also offer a dishwasher and/or washers and dryers.

Is there a convenience store nearby?
You will be able to find all the amenities you need in he village of Saint-Côme, at less than six minutes by car.

Where can I smoke?
For reasons of hygiene and safety, it is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the cottages. A penalty will be charged if this is not complied with. On the other hand, if you smoke outside, we are asking you to please not stub out your cigarette butts on the grounds and that applies to the whole scope of the Domaine Val Nature. Throwing a badly extinguished cigarette in a forest environment can have disastrous consequences.

Are animals allowed?
Dogs are accepted in some cottages. Additional charges for the household apply. The cost is $20 + tax per night per pet, up to a maximum of $100 + taxes per animal for a stay of 5 nights or more.

Is there an internet network and/or a cellular access (mobile phone)?
There is free wifi internet access available in the chalets. The reach of your cellphones on the Domaine Val Nature depends greatly on your operator.
